Could anyone tell me approx how much it is for storage- for around 6 months? Possibly a container?

Has anyone had a "packing" or removal service- and again approx how much did it cost??

Im thinking of moving- two bedroom flat worth of stuff to store xx

just loked Edinburgh only in scotland...just google and look !
A year ago I was paying £250 per month with Big Yellow for a pod the size of a single garage. All the storage companies are much the same price wise but they all have special offers on start up to entice you.

Sorry don't know anything about packing costs.

Jeez thats a fair bit of money isnt it £250 pm!! I think ill have to bat my eyelids to my gran & grandad xx
My daughter was paying £25 a month for a small storage unit about 4 ft Sq and 6 ft high. You could just about stand up in it, far too small for a sofa.

Thanks eddie. Mabye i could get my "stuff"
In there and my sofa in someones spare room for a short while xx
£250 pcm is a dreadful price. Couldn't you rent an actual garage for less ?
However, when you come to think of it, it could be cheaper to sell your furniture and not store anything, then buy new when you find the place you want.
Time to do your sums.
