Iif your planning to heat it temporary during building work or such you could go along to a equipment hire centre such as HSS or builders merchant who can hire industrial fan/convector heaters. These are used should be suffient as their often used for drying out walls in rooms which have been just plastered. be warned though such electircal devices cost a small fortune to run. If you are looking for a domestic heating system, regular radiators will do just fine. A plumber will be able to work out the cubic size of the room and from this tell you how many rads you are going to need and what size boiler will be service them.
