They use my path as a toilet and steal anything i forget to lift in the garden but because my neighbours have right of access there is nothing i can do or so i've been told. This used to be the best scheme in the village now its one of the worst l've stayed here for 20 years and never known it so bad

It'd be hard for me to not get physical, and beat their brains in if I saw kids doing that to my dog!

However I'm presuming you're far more sensible than me. Have you tried speaking to their parents?

Put up a fence or get some big guys to scare them. There was a problem with a bowling green in town being constantly distrupted by kids. The players got some big guys to suddenly appear. The kids said they would get the law. The big guys said there would be nothing left of them by the time the law appeared! It worked.
