A neighbour has a multi stemmed plant with flowers made up of small units giving a fluffy appearance which reminds her of candyfloss (same colour of pink).
It is about 5 feet high and the butterflies love it. Only having the davidii with the usual spiky flowers we are not sure but think it is a type of buddhleia.
Any ideas what it might be called?

That spirea japonica "Anthony Waterer" is also well worth a check in the morning. The leaves look similar too, from what I can remember Good on yer Rocky!
