An old toothbrush and bleach works quite nicely.

Or you could go to a DIY store and buy a grout mould cleaning product for an inflated sum.
I used Mr Muscle with a toothbrush. Very effective.
Astonish mold & mildew is great & cheap usually found in £1 shops.
would recommend, has been discussed before on here.
Dettol Mould & Mildew Remover
is specially formulated with a powerful bleach to easily remove even ingrained mould and mildew. It kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. No need to scrub-contains active bleach.

It is the best,
around £3 a bottle worth every penny
Make a paste of a little water and some bicarbonate of soda. Lay it along the tiles and then scrub with a toothbrush.
