I don't see how that point relates to the question. Only you know how much energy you use. Then use a calculator to work out how much it costs on that tariff or see if they have an online calculator

Have you used a price comparison site?
You need to compare the unit rates. If there also fixed charges to factor in or tiered rates then you need to do a calculation based on your consumption

they use to say how much it was per kwh but its done different now.i don't understand.i will try to contact them again and see what they say.
