Does anyone know if there are any tables available to give a very rough guide to average monthly/quarterly/annual utility prices based on size of property v number of occupants? I appreciate there are variables, so I would be looking for a lowest, highest and median range.

TIA

I would doubt if such tables exist. (I certainly can't find any). The only people who have data about fuel bills across a large number of properties are the fuel companies (and, of course, OfGem, who will receive summaries from those companies).

Since the fuel companies have no idea whether the 3-bedroomed house they're supplying is occupied by a lone resident or a couple with several children, I can't see how any data based upon occupancy could possibly exist.
