Hi need advice I was arrested for a public offence section 4 whereby I had an argument with a random cyclist in the street who reported me to the police for swearing at him and threatening him. I did swear at him but did not threaten him. He has managed to get a witness supporting his story !! I was arrested and now in court. I have never been in trouble before and wonder what the outcome may be in court.
