Hi there

My mum is moving into a house and the gas hob rings haven't been looked after very well.

The hob still works perfectly but the bits where the gas flames come out of are stained, marked and look ancient. The oven and hob themselves are only 5 years old.

is there anywhere I can get replacements for just those bits? And what are they actually called :-)

Thank you

Ali

Not sure what they are called but if you google the make and model number and add 'spares', you should get something.
There are several online companies that specialise in this sort of thing. Try the manufacturer's website for starters, otherwise http://www.ransomspares.co.uk/ for example

They will have pictures to help you identify the part

you could try e spares as well
these are called the burners and there are many, many different types and sizes.....your best option would be to contact the makers of the hob to see if they have a spares department
