I have got some olive oil stains on one of my t-shirts and I can't seem to get rid of it, I have tried using vanish spray but this didn't work. Has anyone got any suggestions?

asap blob with neat washing up liquid and pinch/rub with thumbnails then wash - repeat if necessary if usually works.
