If I inject the cement on the outside of my solid walled house with the dryzone system wil I have to replace the plaster inside ?

no... you shouldn't have to with the dryzone you buy comes a detailed description of how to do it , they also have there own web site if you need further assissatnce and also where you purchase it from they will have the reps phone number who you can speak to thats what i did told them i wanted to discuss the guarantee and checked out with him how to do it properly.  Obviously though if your plaster is no good flaking and falling off you will have to have it re plastered.
