Could anyone please recommend a product which I can paint on a featherboard fence, which was treated for the prevention of rot before being erected, which will help to stop it warping from strong sunlight. I dont really want to change the colour of the fencing if possible, which is a light pine colour at the moment, although begining to fade a little due to the sun.

I don't think a coating is going to do much to prevent warping, other than making sure it's coated all round, including the endgrain.
All you can do is to ensure that it's well fixed at all places where warping might occur......... and keeping the colour light, to reflect as much sun as possible.
So, just plenty of clear preservative, I guess.
I've just built my own feather edge fence and am going to use a clear decking oil to paint and treat it, my neighbour has used this and it works brilliantly.
