There is no such figure ...
Custom quote .. All places are different .. and to whatever spec is required (ie you may need extra shavers sockets, cooker and hob outlets, extra socket outlets, satellite and TV outlets, LAN cable putting in somewhere, etc
Work out what you need exactly to each room .. and get a few local quotes from recommended folks. To get recommendations .. ask local builders that you might KNOW.
For 15 power outlets ,8 light points,MK dual split distribution board,2 mains smoke detectors, cooker point, all earthing, bonding, white quality outlets, certs and building control notification,sw area...........£2600+vat
Are you desperate? lol

Message to Bright Spark. Thanks for your helpful response, much appreciated.
just ask the seller if your electricians can have a quick look - as others have said depends on whether you want to upgrade on current installation
I had my downstairs ring-main rewired before Christmas - it cost £1400 for 9 replacement sockets and 2 completely new sockets with some movement for two of the replaced sockets. This was just sockets, not lighting and was carried out by British Gas.
1400 quid , for 100 quids worth materials. not a bad wage is it ?

I have ever mentioned sparkies are robbing Snags?
mick - as you have not seen job - did'nt know what was involved - how can you say sparks are ripping people off?
Sorry Mick - just saw british gas mentioned in carrots reply - defo she was ripped
sparkies and plumbers are rip off merchants by nature Tony.
Mick - why do you think that?
Until you lot have tried it .. you'll only know the half of it! : )
TonyV

Mick - why do you think that?

Lets start with ...why do plumbers charge 'call out' fees ?
Out of interest what do you do Mick?
Mick - do you know how much it is to registered with gas safe each year and how much each time an electrian is pay for all of his test equipment to be tested?
Mick - Think you like rogue traders to much
I build, and bait plumbers and sparkies BS.
ok Mick - you just get a quote - if you don't like it jog on
A builder then Mick.......I met a poor builder once.
