Removing biro from Cotton/Elastane blouse

Pretty self explanatory really but I need to be able to remove the biro from a jade green cotton/elastane blouse the first time as the mark is right in the front of the blouse. I've heard that spraying hairspray might work but wouldn't leave a ring mark?

have you tried Vanish on it?

I use Vanish and it's pretty good at getting most staines out. I had a few nice tops which i was about to throw out, until I used Vanish. They're now as good as new now.

You could also try soaking it in milk (preferably sour milk or milk you have soured by putting in a drop of lemon juice.)

Th is not a joke or a wind-up . It does work.
Leave it to soak for a few hours then launder as usual.
