Went to the lovely nurse at my surgery this morning at 8.10am appointment for a supposed ear syringing as probably due to my work, and me swimming every day of the week, sometimes twice, had a blockage of 'candles' stuffed in there.

Been using Olive( nope, not your olive! ) oil for about 10 days now and she had a peeky in 'em both and said " i can see the eardrum now, so it may be slightly dangerous to syringe as the eardrum could perforate with the pressure".......happy days!....told to continue using oil every othe rday for a week and put plugs in when swimming...........so all told, not a bad start to the week.

Left overs for brekkie is good Pixi. There are times when cereal and toast can't take a back seat.

Acftually I don't like sweets apart from the cola cubes I used to have when I was younger. Give me chocolate any day.

Its the acidity that does that Pixi. I get the same thing when I drink red wine.
