Hi guys,

I hope that you're all well today. I was wondering if anyone on here had either used, or had heard of homebuy direct, a government scheme to help people get on the property ladder. As I live in Manchester the relevant company is www.plumlife.co.uk.

Has anyone previously used a scheme such as this? Are there any blatant issues that anyone knows of which I may have skimmed over?
