Hi, I've received a bill from my freeholder for a share of costs for getting the common parts electrics overhauled. Going by previous correspondence, this is going to involve a complete rewire, as well as moving the position of the lights so you can change / repair them safely.

The cost of the works is about 1,500, does that sound reasonable? The building is set over two floors. They're planning on pulling wires through existing conduit and there's making good costs involved etc. Not sure if the job's been overspecified or if this is the going rate.
