I'm running a single spur through a 5amp fuse box (non switchable) to a 2 gang light switch. I'm not sure how to wire the 2 gang i.e. with a single L & N running in and 2 lights running out i.e x 2 L and x 2 N?

Connect the three neutrals together with a terminal block.............or, preferably, crimped together.
Put the incoming live into the top of one of the gangs, with a short link wire from this into the other gang.
Put the two outgoing lives into the bottom of the two switches (one each of course)
Hope this makes sense :o)
