What would be a rough estimate of the total cost of getting a builder to block up an existing kitchen door, and put a new doorway and door into an adjacent wall.
Including price of supplying and fitting a lintel, and patio doors.
This is to allow more light into the kitchen.
I live on the Wirral in Merseyside, so that might have a bearing on the price.
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just noticed your question Theland.
Lots of variables here...........but, around 4 to 5 thousand plus tax....................depending on...........type of wall, what's above the new opening...............cost of patio doors.........you could pay a lot more..........depends on so many things.
