i viewed a flat today it was ok, to live in (everything was refurbished and new), but two problems, Single bed, and theres a grave yard direct opposiste the flat!! just what i need!!!... now im back hunting its soooo stressful and hard!! :( anyone have a room for rent in leeds?? lol :) x

Know exactly what you mean. I bought a flat last year, but the majority I looked at in my price range only had bedrooms that would fit a single bed. Ended up buying shared ownership and have two double bedrooms. Good news is, though, that the bottom has fallen out of the buy-to-let market so the rent on flats in cities should fall this year with the surplus of properties on the market. Bad news for homeowners like myself, but for renters it means you should get a bigger place for your money.
