If I change estate agents, will I now have to buy a sellers pack after having my house on the market with another agent since last February?

I raised this exact question with our HIP solicitor recently as we were listing a property that was coming from another estate agent. According to them, you do not need a HIP as it is classed as continual marketing, as long as there is no break between leaving one estate agent and going on with another a HIP is not required. hope that helps !
