pressume these are metal/plastic venetian blinds? well my mum has used the shower on hers in the bath. Drop them down to full extend - you may need someone there to hold them over the bath and you can then give them a wash down. hope this helps? if not then i know places like WIlkinsons/Robert Dyas do a blind cleaner brush.
