Hi just a bit of advise. My husband and I have both recently changed jobs. I get paid 28th of each month and hubby the last friday of the month. Thing is we use to get paid mid month and all our direct debits come out around the 17th. Every month we go into out overdraft because of this thus accruing charges. How do I change the payment dates to a more suitable date. If it though the bank or through the company we pay.
Cheers me dears x

If they are definitely direct debits you will have to go through the Companies. If standing orders, they can be done at the Bank but you will need to inform the Companies and get their agreement.
