On your Vaillant boiler have you pressed the "i " button below the display. This will bring up a status code indicating the current status of the boiler.

See page 72 of your manual.
The water may be running slow because of a restriction rather than low pressure. If you have sufficient pressure from your cold tap then it should be the same from the hot tap unless there is a pressure reduction valve in the hot supply. You can test this by putting your thumb over the cold tap spout and just very slightly opening it. You will feel the pressure against your thumb and should have difficulty preventing the water escaping. Do this again with the hot tap (with the boiler off to avoid scalds). It should feel the same as the cold tap, If so then you have a restriction. Usually when water at pressure flows through a restriction you can hear the turbulence at the restriction This will help you locate the restriction. It may just be a stopcock jogged almost shut. With the boiler off and the hot tap fully open try opening and closing the stopcocks to dislodge any debris that may be the problem.
Also, Poppy .............. "white" water often points to a restriction in the tap itself. This causes the water to foam. The whiteness is simply air bubbles.

Unscrew the aerator/diffuser from the spout and look for obstructions.

Assuming it's a mixer tap, unscrew the valve body from the tap itself. (Turn off water supply first.) Check this for blockage. I had one only last week.
Do all the taps running off the hot water suffer the same low flow?
