Try cutting an onion in half and placing in the fridge.
put a small bowl of bicarb of soda in the fridge for a few days and that will suck up the smells.
Clean the fridge again but use bicarbonate of soda. Take all the shelves and trays out and make sure to wash in the door seals. That might work.
There must still be some milk somewhere. Have you looked under the fridge? Milk doesn't half spread when you spill it and if some got underneath the fridge then it would definitely be off by now!
4 weeks ago!! majove. Thats awful. Are you sure it isn't broccoli ................or something else shouldn't smell that bad unless fridge is off or its in lining or something.. but I agree with the rest. Might need to clear fridge, defrost switch off and let door open with windows open for a while to clear odour. Sugar soap (with very hot water) will clean & leave very fresh but not sure if it will get rid of the smell completely but it will clean thoroughly. This experience may put you off milk for life! I do feel sick for you. Good luck.
