I have recently had new bedroom furniture delivered and have changed the bedroom furnture round. Unfortunately there are deep impressions on the carpet where the previous wardrobe/chest of drawers were located. The marks are in a really noticeable place and look unsightly. It is a week since the furniture was moved and the marks dont appear any less obvious. The carpet is 80/20 wool twist. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get the pile back up or at last make them less obvious? Moving the furniture back or relpacing the carpet is not an option! Thanks Hillogs

Try the ice cubes first

Thank you so much, will try the ice cubes first as you suggest. Cheers Hilary
I use my vacuum cleaner nozzle and keep rubbing it for a few minutes to help it lift up. I dont put any of the tools on the end. It doesnt lift it totally, but helps it on its way.
