Glue on a concrete floor

I recently removed some cork tiles from a bathroom which the previous owner had kindly glued down. After a lot of hard work the tiles are gone but large patches of glue remain. Using a wallpaper scraper and brute force removes it but very slowly. Anyone any ideas if there is anything that I can put on it to remove it more easily?

try warming it up with a paint stripper gun, just be careful not to heat it too hot or it will make it a messy job perhaps a hair drier may be better, soften it then scrape it ok good luck
