Sweet peas

I've just planted some of last year's saved sweet pea seeds and put them in the greenhouse. I expect this is a silly question but do I water them over the winter ????

Yes, but keep the compost barely moistly because if we have a really cold spell, the compost in which they're planted could freeze, even in the greenhouse.
