hi the leaves are similar but the flowers when open are flat not trumpet like.. the plant has also just grown straight up and not as bush like... i will try and take a photo of it 2moro but not quite sure on how to put it on this site
Possibly is a a brugmansia but there are lots of varieties they used to be called DAtura so you could try googling that
Could it be Evening Primrose?
Sounds like Evening Primrose - it smells lovely in the evening but spreads like wildfire.

oh my god .. yes that is what it is .. evening primrose... mine is the tall version not the ground level one.... really strange as i bought a budlea plant last year which never grew but i left it in as i thought maybe it will grow the following year and it has this year but with the evening primrose which is next to it ... so it may have been in with the budlea
Such a coincidence! I've just come in from the garden and just a couple of months ago I put in 1 evening primrose plant and I've just noticed I've now got 3! That's in such a short time that I was amazed when I saw them. They're not invasive though in the line of taking over the garden. They're individual plants that can easily be moved or pulled up, not like a particular form of campanula I made the mistake of planting. They call it ground cover but they don't mention that the roots will spread like wildfire and they are almost impossible to get rid of!
