I have impatience and other plants around my pond. This is my first year owning a home and I don't know how to care for them. The died yesterday as we had a really cold night. Do I dig up the annuals or just cut them back? I also have lilies in my pond in a pot, do I cut them back for winter too? I am in Charlotte, NC, USA.
