Bordeaux Mixture

Potato and Tomato Blight has been very severe in here in central france this year and Bordeaux Mixture is a means of controlling it. Other plants have suffered as well and the packet of mixture informs us not to use it on plants that are sensitive to copper but I don;t know which these plants are. Can anyone help with a list of plants please?
