my conifers have gone brown and seem to be dieing

Maybe the neighbour the other side of the fence got fed up with the height of them?

It may be due to lack of sunlight or water, some of mine died due to lack of sunlight, hope this helps...........

My neighbour had the same thing, turned out it was being attacked by an insect, (couple of years ago, I can't remeber which one), he was told to spray it with a good insecticide, that did the trick, but to be sure, take a bit of it to a garden centre, thats what I did for him.
