Cleaning piano keys

Just aquired a second hand piano - my children want to learn !
Keys are ivory and need a good clean.
Can anyone give advice on best way to clean them .

My neighbour has a Steinway. They use milk soaked onto cotton wool, the cotton wool is squeezed to almost dry, and then gently work it on the keys. It is amazing, the gunk that comes off. Have used the same on my much more lowly baby grand - to the same effect.

Thanks sense - will give it a go. Nothing quite as flashy as a Steinway or a baby grand !! LOL
