ffff
Have you overwatered it....money plants (crassula argentea) need the same amount of water as other plants in summer but during the winter, they will appreciate being fairly dry with just enough water to keep them ticking over.

Other suggestions could be....is it near a radiator ? is it in a cold draught ? and is the soil you potted it in very gritty and free draining ? Are you feeding it (it won't need feeding in winter)

Or, as many houseplants do, it could just be going through a winter "moult" where evergreens shed some of the older leaves in winter.

Hope this helps a bit

Hi Hammerman, I have done all of the things that you mentioned over-watered it thinking it needed it and it is also by a radiator,so I shall remedy all of the wrongs I have done and see how it goes,it must be at the least 35yrs old and was handed down from an old friend who as since passed on.Thanks for your reply Les1.
