Orchid Lillies

I have a few orchid lillies and one is sending our aerial roots all over the place, creeping over the table. Should I leave them or do they ned repotting?

If you want the plant to grow then yes, but if not then just trim it back. Orchid lillies are notorious for the speed with which they can take root and spread out - if you planted one in your garden there would be hundred within a few years. They reproduce by running a long root through the soil until it is far enough away for a new plant to survive, so this is probably what it is trying to do in your pot.
