my 2 cats have recently became outdoor cats.my question is do they need to be brought in during the winter?i've always had indoor cats ,but these too are always dashing out the door every time it is opened. as much as i try to avoid keeping them from going out they get out anyway. if kept indoors they both develop an attitude so is it fair to keep them in all the time?

Best idea is get a catflap, then they can choose whether they want the warmth indoors or want to prowl in the winter. How would we like to be left out in the garden on a cold winter's night, when the family we belong to is tucked up warm and snug indoors.??
