Can anyone identify this plant I saw recently at Chelsea, please?

thank you bibblebub - I haven't posted a picture before
just paste the URL (including http://) and make sure that the only characters immediately before or after it are a space or a new line
Can you remember what stand it was on...?
Could it be some sort of 'vinca'?
pasta..that's what I thought !
Could it be a trailing Verbena which has survived the Winter? The leaves on one of the plants look like a Clematis to me.

The plant on the right, with sky blue flowers (I can see there's a bit of a clematis on the left of the picture and stretching across the plant in question). It was along a bit from where the Lindum turf stand was, I think, and on the opposite side/inward of the path. The leaves are slightly hirsute/hairy, or at least, not smooth or shiny like the clematis leaves.
