Where can I buy black wood stain/colour?

I've some 1980's furniture which needs touching up. But the main sellers ie Cuprinol seem to only do 'teak'. I used to use 'ebony'. Does anyone know who does it now? Cheers.
prev can you lay a carpet on top of another one if i use double sides sticky tape
  
next what fixings do you use for canvas pictures as they came wtih none and i would like them flat to the wall
