Our bath is several centimetres from the wall. In order to prevent a wet floor, I screwed to the wall and sealed a cheap plastic ‘surround shelf’ that you may remember were quite popular (allegedly) in the 70s/80s that double as soap/shampoo etc holders. It now needs replacing but I can’t find a supplier or even mention of them at all on the web. Anyone know where I could get them? The previous one was from Littlewoods catalogue.

I know what you mean but don't think you will get one, in my job going into different homes i do see the odd one but like you say very old and i tend to see them in old peoples homes and they have been well looked after but still looking a bit tired, with moden showers these days over baths it would be a big water trap plus taking to much room up where you need it
