Does anyone know of any guest houses, B&Bs or hotels that cater for vegans in the Manchester area?

The Vegan Society (www.vegansociety.com) produces something called The Vegan Travel Guide for people just like you! It suggests getting the Yellow Pages at your local library for the area you want to visit and looking up wholefood shops in the area. These will have names and numbers in their windows of guest houses sympathetic to the principles of wholefood cooking and eating. Good luck!
