I have a set of taps in the kitchen which are a bit loose (where they go through the draining board). How do I tighten them up again? I believe they are called mono block taps and I think they have some sort of screw mechanism underneath. Is this the thing which tightens them up?

Yeah tighten the nut/screw underneath whilst someone holds the tap facing the correct way
Here's a couple of sites that can help...

Best of luck!
Yes it is. I tend to use a deep 12mm socket on a long extension bar to the rachet to tighten and loosen them.
