It's fairly unlikely anyone will have the instructions around even if they own this bed. Can you go to the place you bought it or email them, or email the manufacturer direct and ask for instructions. If there is a display one in the shop then the packaging and paperwork would be stored out back somewhere. Ask a friendly assistant to find it and get it copied. Other than that, hire a clever handyman or grab a clever neighbour. Good luck

It might help if we knew the exact model of bed.There are dozens of different mid-sleeper beds around. For example my son has a metal framed one from Argos but I have seen many different types,they would all have different assembly instructions.
