A pressure washer does a good job.

Agreed that a pressure washer is best but you can combine this with a patio cleaner sold in B&Q.

Hi,
Yes to the pressure washer... You can use a strong solution of bleach & water, patio cleaner additives are costly and you end up using lots ... ( P.S Both patio cleaners & bleach are made up mainly of the same chemical SODIUM HYDROCHLORITE ... hope this helps Sidney 1664
