I need to be able to open a 2600mm door on sprung hinges with push catches... the only push catches I can find are 35mm long which don't throw the door out far enough

I,m a joiner, but i don't quite understand the question. When you refer to a push catch, do you mean the type of catch that when the door is pushed closed it engages and when it is pushed again it disengages ? if so you would never get one that would push the door open. You can only rely on the hinges or an additional spring such as a surface mounted door closer(small barrel type) which you would have to fit on the wrong side of the door to spring it open instead of closed, I hope that makes some sense.
