toilet in kitvhen two doors?

Can anyone tell me if I put a toilet in my kitchen wether I need to have a seperate space to go in to between the two rooms? Building regs 2000 say yes. but i have heard this has been changed again?

wouldent you think,it would be best for hygene anyway.
As long as the Toilet has a washbasin, you only need one door, if I am remembering regs correctly, if I am wrong, hope buildersmate comes along, but I am pretty positive it is one door.
We seem to keep answering this question - I wonder why it doesn't come up when folks try and re-request the same info. You merely need a wash-basin in the loo and just one door between the two rooms.
