Flooring /wallpaper Question

I have the decorators coming one week on Monday - not enough time to arrange some one to fit the flooring under the skirting
Do you think it will be possible to have the flooring fitted after the wallpapering has been done?

Probably after Christmas now

The Wood floor normally Meets the Skirts Ric, for them to remove the skirt can also remove the Plaster.

Do you mean laminated flooring,if so,as TWR says the flooring meets the skirt or skirting board as I call it.
So should not be a problem tyo have it done after decorating.
