Is it me or has anyone else put the heating back on today? I've even switched my electric blanket on tonight too. Can't stand cold feet & can't sleep with cold feet either.
The nurse at our doctors said today to switch your heating off when it is cold is false economy whether in June or December. She maybe right. I'm just thankful I can afford to switch the heating on, some can't.

Yeh, we've had ours on for an hour tonight.
Cannot function in the cold Jem.
You in the north pole Jem?
It is not too cold you cannot put on a cardigan or jumper: I would go as far to say, with such a cooler day, it has been pleasant from the strong sun we have had. Once the temp passes 69f or 70f I prefer to stop indoors.
I must admit I did put my trousers on today.

No Anto, in Southend on Sea and there's a bl00dy cold wind blowing inland off the sea. Brrrrr!!

night-night.
Jem.
And my socks.

Just across the Estuary from you Jem, same cooling breezes I suspect.
Aready had a cardigan on. Cold wind from sea also here.
Choice, gas fire on lowest setting or wrapped in blanket. Not terribly easy to do things wrapped in a blanket.
Woosies!! lol, it's lovely here in Bolton, sitting with shorts and t-shirt. Heat off mid May and won't be coming on again til October, whatever.
I imaginbe not Daisy. You can't streak in a blanket!!
what is it with these extra keys?!
Yes, i put the heating on again today. It was really cold here this morning, same as yesterday . I hate being so cold. Roll on when it warms up again.
Why on earth would anybody want to do that? Unless of course they were inveterate show offs. With no sense of decorum, or common sense. Or just plain rude.
????
I've been taking my faithful hot water bottle to bed. I can't sleep if I'm cold.
Goodnight. Off to join my trusty hot water bottle.
