have you ever acted on stage in am-dram,school,college if so where when. .
My earlisest recollection was the school play Richard of Bordeaux,( I played Edward Earl of Rutland)I was 14 years old .During the interval of the performance on Friday November 22nd 1963 our parents,school staff, and us students learned of the assassination of President John F Kennedy
From 1986 to 2008 I was into AmDram in in a big way.What are your memories.....

Yup, me too, started at 12 pushing a pram across the stage in a school play, moved on to local village hall stuff and now community theatre. My starring moment was as "the Fairy of the Potting Shed" in a sort of Famous Five farce!

Was in Oklahoma, Fiddler on the Roff, Jesus Christ Superstar (twice) and a musical revue. I loved it :)

I was the 'Magpie' in our school production of 'The Thwarting of Baron Bollegrew'.... never knew what the story was.. just had to sqwak on stage for three nights..

I played an angel in the nativity, I didnt have a speaking role, but I had to look angelic and not stare at the parents

Oh Oh - And I was Mary once.. had to sit on an ironing board (which collapsed!) when the kids sang 'little donkey'.. that was Primary school... it was most embarassing!!!
