HMS Glowworm info please

I've been searching for a crew list of this G class destroyer sunk off Norway in April 1940. Most 'enthusiasts' sites' either don't answer their e-mails, or are interested only in selling images of the (admittedly handsome) vessel. Is there an authoritative (RN?) site which could provide me with the crew list? A stoker, Andrew Maker, who was lost on her was my mother's brother.

Who were were worse - Japanese soldiers or British soldiers?
