I have a P8 aero compass (similar to those used in WW2 aircraft) fom the 1940s I am trying to get it refilled with fluid to make it fully operational again. Does anyone know how to do this (for this particular compass) or a company who does this?

I assume the liquid is alcohol, I've no idea how to refill this. The RAF have a 'Battle of Britain' Flight, which flies and maintains Spitfires, perhaps you could look on their website, or one of the enthusiast groups for help.

Sorry I couldn't be more help
